Deep River Laymen's League

Welcome to the Deep River Missionary Baptist Laymen’s League Auxiliary, where men and boys unite in service, fellowship, and faith. As an integral part of the Deep River Missionary Baptist Association, our auxiliary stands committed to supporting the goals and objectives of our association and, when possible, the General Baptist State Convention Laymen’s League.

Our primary objective is to empower men and boys within the Deep River Association churches to actively engage in the mission of our faith community. Through our collective efforts, we seek to uplift and strengthen our churches, communities, and beyond.

Comprised of men and boys from Deep River churches, our auxiliary provides a platform for fellowship, growth, and service. We gather regularly on the 2nd Saturday of March, June, September, and December, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie as we work towards our shared goals.

Guided by a dedicated team of officers - president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer - elected every four years, we ensure efficient operation and adherence to the principles set forth by our parent body. These officers, other than the President, are limited to two consecutive four-year terms, promoting fresh perspectives and continued engagement.

Our Executive Board oversees all financial matters, ensuring transparency and accountability in managing the resources entrusted to us. Through responsible stewardship, we strive to maximize our impact and effectively support the initiatives of our association and the broader Baptist community.
